You know--I'm trying to program myself to do the

covert stuff when I'm around people. I still get

distracted during the moment, and when I walk away,

then I think--oh, heck, why didn't I try to . .

..whatever it was I had decided would be cool to work

on.

 

So, here's the plan:

 

I'm going to review the time distortion tapes and your

secrets to scanning for high speed reactions, rehearse

the covert whatever, and then do IDD on whatever might

be blocking me from getting this shit done (I made up

my mind this week I needed to go back and review the

IDD tapes).

 

I'll report back when I get some verification that I'm

actually Getting Shit Done.

 

I do need to write that the NV hold works miracles all

by itself.

That's because you are thinking about " stuff " .

 

Stuff is more than one thing.

 

Think of " ONE " thing, and do ONLY that " ONE " thing.

 

That way you can be clear.

 

That way will be easy.

 

That way will give you feedback.

 

Once that ONE THING is done enough, 5-10 times successfully, THEN...

 

....you can add ONE MORE THING.
