Dear Donna: I have a job that requires that I do many things at once. As a result, I feel pulled and drained all the time. I have been told I have a depleted kidney meridian. Does that have anything to do with triple warmer? Does my kidney energy have anything to do with my always feeling drained? A. Yes, kidney energy is very important in how you feel. When the kidney meridian is depleted, all the meridian energies in the body often become reversed, literally flowing backwards, causing you to feel utter exhaustion. So the " three thumps, " which begin with the endpoint of kidney meridian (K-27), are a good place to start. But other energies may be involved as well. For starters, I would check to see if your energies are failing to cross over (corrected by the homolateral cross-over and figure 8s). It is also probable that your triple warmer meridian is " on alert. " Triple warmer governs the adrenals. When kidney meridian is not strong enough to supply the body with enough of its energy, triple warmer draws extra energy from your adrenals. This can then become habitual. Triple warmer holds habits in place, and it can establish dysfunctional as well as efficient energy habits, such as maintaining a depletion of kidney energy. Whenever you feel " pulled and drained, " find a way to remind yourself to do the following: " Smooth behind the ears " (pp. 235 – 236). Then do a " hook up " (p. 119) for at least a minute. First, you will be interrupting the energy habit mid-stream. Second, you will be shifting the habit with the smoothing and the hook-up. This will help triple warmer go off of alert. Sedating and then strengthening kidney meridian using the acupuncture holding points will then be able to address the problem without interference. I would add the mini tramp to the above, you could start off with doing it for the length of a song or two, three times a day, then slowly increase. Put on some music that you enjoy that is upbeat will certainly help. Add this to your daily routine - Trace ALL THE MERIDIANS in the order and sequence for the time of day you are tracing. FATLOSS/MUSCLE BUILDING The archives in MMES and maybe this group should have all the information you need regarding how to use Inner Power. If not then get Dirk Pearson & Sandy Shaws weight loss book. Sedate TW, and then strengthen Spleen. Get a Colonic irragation; drink plenty of water; use energy psychology to blow out your blocks to keeping the weight on (safety, deservedness etc..) and your beliefs that you can do it. Get Doc's RV/RI CD's and program for your goal. Look for Timeline drills in the archives too. HYPOTHYROIDISM Yes look through the archive for that drill to do with the adams apple. Rather than, EFT is not working for you, it is likely that you have yet to find the correct setup phrase, or are not being specific enough. Have you tried the IDD drill that Doc posted just recently? Holding the NV's really does enhance the process so that the block is easily blown out. Sign up for Gary Craigs newletter, it also has an archive section, it contains a wealth of very valuable techniques. Carol Look has a website which has an archive sectin from her show (www.carollook.com), again lots of really great stuff here. PAINS The connecting Heavan and Earth drill especially if you go outside in nature works very well for all joints. Also look through the archives and search for MSM, peanut oil, vit C I think it was about 6- 7 months ago. Also try tapping with a hairbrush or the light pinching drill - what is that called???? It's on Donna's videos anyway tape 3 I think. If you have Donna's videos than she covers how to get rid of pain. Also search through the archive for castor oil & Edgar Cayce. APPROACHING WOMEN Yes get the IDD and also go see Jimmy Knippenburg, sign up for his newsletter and get his products that fit what you want. OTHER > And finally I just wanted to ask - are the Radiant Circuits/Strange > Flows/Joy circuits all the same thing? And the Penetrating Flow? Yes, add those to your daily routine too, at least the care bear one. Breathing correctly is very important, so are your thoughts. What are you thinking about while doing the drills?
