Guest guest
Are there any good drills, diets, supplements etc that can reduce the wrinkles directly under the eyes? My guess is this could be stress or diet related, but I'm not sure as I don't have special wrinkles elsewhere. I also don't have 'darker skin' under the eyes that some people seem to have. I do have very dry eyes when I sleep, sometimes even so dry that I have difficulty opening them when waking up. These are heavier than your average wrinkles, as I get remarks regularly of people asking me if I didn't sleep the night before. Thanks for the ton of cool information on this group. It has already helped me a lot! Frank V

Darker skin under eyes, FWIW, seems to be related to toxic overload. Taking large quantities of vitamin B complex and usual clearing techniques on the liver meridian work for me. But I don't have the darker skin problem. It's only heavy wrinkles just right under the eyes (and so a bit higher up than where some people have darker skin). Guest guest
Thanks for answering that - I've been thinking of Frank's question. Stay away from sodas and processed foods -- try water or green tea instead. Sip water through the day 8 - 10 glasses. (or green tea) Chinese herbs have done wonders for my Scott (but so has less stress and me being easier to live with!) Some 'chick-tricks' - include cold cucumbers and cold (used) teabags on your eyes while your resting. Pure shea butter and cocoa butter are both great for under eye skin. I thought that it was used around the eyes in order to reduce puffiness... You know like when some people get the inflamation in THE area for which Preparation H was intended. I would be surprised if it contained yeast, being so close to the area where Yeast is a NO NO... I wonder which is the real reason that the showgirls use it for their under eye area? Guest guest
Ah-ha! If the skin is stretched out -- and that is causing the wrinkles - that is a different story. You can increase exercise - weight lifting can build up the muscle in your face too. (especially sit-ups). Which holds up your skin. Don't rub your eyes! Rubbing your eyes really stretches out the skin around your eyes. (which is fragile skin without many oil glands) Las Vegas showgirls swear by Preparation H (which contains a yeast that puffs up the skin...) If you build up your aura and radiant energies - then your face lifts up too. If none of this gets the results you want -- it may be simpler to see a good plastic surgeon.
