Hi Aileen,

It sounds like you did the drill! Oops, was that the dentist or the

gynecologist? Talk like that makes me want to find a woman that enjoys going

to the dentist :-D

Glad to hear good skills being put to use!

Hi Aileen

I also go with Doc to the

Many dentists I visit

lately

As I posted here sometime

ago

Two or three weeks ago I had

a pain

In a treated tooth

My adorable dentist decided

it’s a root canal

Treatment

Going to the root canal dentist

I decided on the way

I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE AN

EXTRA UNPLANNED

OUTCOME AND PAIN

The doctor looked at the

photo then at the

Teeth and she said

IT LOOKS LIKE AN EPISODE

LET’S WAIT

A COUPLE OF DAYS

And the pain is gone my

tooth is healthy

What a miracle as Vince

says HOW USUAL

My dentist believes in

our stuff

She told me yesterday ;’’maybe

you come and teach in the university

Where I teach what you

did so the future students will

Know how to treat pain?

I remained silent

See you in June its

coming

At Doc’s seminar

Have Some Thrills! Use

Your Skills!

Hi Guys!

So am I the only one who has a huge FEAR of Dentists?

I don't know how anybody else feels, but the moment I walk into the

Dentist's office, my anxiety goes way

up...

I'm not sure which triggers me most...

That special scent dentist's office's have, 'Eau de this is going to

cost a shitload of money'.....or

Maybe it's the Hollywood Movie Premiere spot lights they then blind you

with as soon as you've been seated....

It could be the misleading plushy leather recliner that

always looks sooo comfy, but then they always make it recline just

that one inch too far that turns it into an inversion chair that makes

your head go way down and your legs go way up and all the

Kahuna Energy Discs roll out of your pockets.....

Maybe it's the way he rolls right up close on that little stool holding

that large instrument in his hands and says in that theatrically

trained romance novel voice,

" Relax Aileen....stop clenching....I'm not going to hurt

you....now close your eyes, open wide and let me put this

in... "

wait...maybe I'm getting him confused with the

gynocologist...?

Well whatever,

ALL I KNOW is that, that is about the time they usually have to hand me

the Teddy Bear so my fingernails won't go through another leather arm rest...my

stress level skyrockets...

Because TODAY, as soon as the Hollywood

spotlights hit me, I remembered, that *I have skills!!* YES!

I have skills to handle this situation...So I took myself to

level...and was quite impressed with myself I must say, as I

remained calm when the dentist then inserted the Elephant Tranquilizer Needle

into my mouth...I actually did pretty good until,

the dreaded drilling started...

then I felt the panic rising up, and I knew I was NOT at level any

more...so I needed 'back up' so to speak...My mind then flashed on the time at

the last seminar when Doc was taking Jimmy K. down, down, down into deep

hypnosis in front of the class and so I just replayed that scene in my

head booting out Jimmy K.(sorry Jimmy ;-) and putting myself in his place...

It worked like a dream...Every time the scary Dentist's drill got

louder, I made Doc's steady, calming voice loud enough to tune it out...

Sure, at that point, the Dentist and his assistant thought I was

having some sort of seizure because my eyes were blasting around their sockets

in 'REM' and my hands and arms started twitching in Alpha, BUT....

*I* was cool as a cucumber in the Dentist's chair...

for the VERY FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE.

Thank you Doc! ;-)

I know, I know, I could have done the Inner Demon Destroyer for 'fear

of Dentists' but I didn't think about it until I was in the chair and by then they had

already strapped me down....next time! :-)

Sincerely,

Aileen W. Donovan

Default Normal TemplateHI Orna!

Isn't it amazing how 'portable' Doc is? :-)

He's like that American Express card commercial...'Don't leave him home

without him' :-)

His words are always bouncing around in my head and pop up into

consciousness just when I need them most...

And do you notice when he comes up into our consciousness like that, how

willing he always is to help?

With all this 'extra freebie time' that Doc gives us throughout the year,

it's only fair we travel to Medford and pay him for his time while we're

with him there ;-)

Orna, will you be coming to the 'Trainer's Training' on the Monday?

I'm hoping to see you there too!

After that, DON " T be silent anymore Orna...GO to that University and TEACH!

See you SOON!

Aileen

waiting to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning to

Learn

The best on this planet

The

training with him is so powerful

That

things like having self confidence

And

saying and thinking what I WANT

Makes

me Orna that I love

Imagine

more people could love themselves

How
