That was so cool! That's the SECRET, in a nutshell.

 

I would add one thing.

 

After " doing the drills " get some feedback on whether what you are

doing is working, or not.

 

If they are, keep on doing those drills.

 

If they aren't, then restudy the drills and change to what will make

them work.

 

For instance, the " hook-up " doesn't work for me done the way I was

taught. It fact it " hurts " to do it that way.

 

So, one day, remembering what Donna had said about " follow your

intuition " , I pulled the belly button DOWN, and it worked.

 

I'd had surgery for a hernia on the belly button years before so I

needed to adapt the drill to the surgery scars.
