Guest guest
Hi Jim, I think Doc is referring to the soft spot underneath your adam’s apple. If you touch your chin, then trace a vertical line down, it’ll be at the base of your neck. Poke a finger in there and you’ll get a gagging sensation. Then you’ll know you have the right spot (when you’re doing the drill, don’t poke though...just gently place your fingers there . - M On 8/6/06 2:34 PM, " Jim " <jim_rapson wrote: Doc/Others?, I just recieved the Remote Viewing CD's, and am doing the drills as they are explained.I need some clarification on Disc 3,where some stress relief techniques are explained. One method Doc explains is to apply 3 fingers of one hand to the triple warmer just above the ear(?) and 3 fingers of the other hand to the hollow of the neck. where specifically is the hollow of the neck? I didn't know the neck had a....hollow? Jim
Guest guest
Hi Jim: I wondered about the same thing until I got Donna Eden's excellent book, Energy Medicine. Then it was like the scene from The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy opens the door to her house after it lands in Munchkinland and everything turns to color. The techniques Doc refers to in the CD set became very clear, and I was able to really appreciate- -on more than one level--his story about his first encounter with Donna and Energy Medicine. Hilarious and awesome at the same time! So buy and study the book. You can get it from Donna's website-- www.innersource.net--or from Amazon.com. It's a handful of gold for the price of dirt. , " Jim " <jim_rapson wrote: > > Doc/Others?, > > I just recieved the Remote Viewing CD's, and am doing the drills as > they are explained.I need some clarification on Disc 3,where some > stress relief techniques are explained. > > One method Doc explains is to apply 3 fingers of one hand to the > triple warmer just above the ear(?) and 3 fingers of the other hand to > the hollow of the neck. where specifically is the hollow of the neck? > I didn't know the neck had a....hollow? > > Jim >

I checked the book for any info on where the hollow of the neck is before I submitted this posting. but its either not there or.... " well hidden " . if you know the page in the book, I've love to know it. Guest guest
Hi Jim: Go back to the RV/RI CD and listen again to what Doc's describing. The point of his instruction is not about the anatomy of the neck, and, likewise, you won't find " hollow of the neck " in the index of Energy Medicine. The key concept of Doc's instruction is how to use certain neurovascular points. Once you know WHAT to look for, the information is easy to find in Donna's book. Figure 42 (p. 274) illustrates the points Doc's talking about. In the upper drawing, the triple warmer point is point #10, right in front of the ear on both sides. Now you can picture what Doc's describing when he says to put the pads of the middle three fingers of one hand at your temple, right where the earpiece of glasses would go. In the lower left drawing, the triple warmer points are the little pyramid at the base of the neck, right above the inner ends of the collar bones and the gall bladder points. That's where the triangle of the thumb, forefinger and middle finger of the other hand go. When you gently push inward there, you'll feel an indentation, or " hollow. " (On some people, that indentation is actually visible.) That's how the spot got to be known as the hollow of the neck. (Like " crook of the arm, " " hollow of the neck " isn't a medically correct, anatomical term.) For completeness, the other neurovascular points Doc refers to in that section of the CD are point #6, the main stress points on the forehead, above the eyes. Donna refers to these as the " Oh my God " points. At the bottom of page 90, Donna is saying to put the finger pads on point #6 and the thumb on point #10 on each side of the head. This all became SO much easier for me once someone (Brooks Garten) had " drawn me a picture! " , " Jim " <jim_rapson wrote: > I've had Energy Medicine for about 4+ years.
