When you are tracking down feelings or behaviors experiment with these

statements:

 

Whenever I think about ....., I feel .....

 

Whenever I feel ....., I was thinking .....

 

 

Allow the inner knowledge to surface.

 

 

To apply this here is an example:

 

Whenever I think about making $200,000 per year, I feel .....

 

Whenever I feel unworthy, I was thinking ......

 

 

You can also just leave the endings blank and notice what comes up.

You might want to write that down and do further statements around

those.

 

Not really a Metal process but us Earth, Water and maybe even Wood

elements might find it useful.

 

The ideas just came from Grant Connolly who keeps working

(successfully) to improve ZPoint Process and increase its

effectiveness.
