Donna and David's workshop

This past weekend I took the 2-day workshop with Donna Eden and

David Feinstein.

 

One interesting thing that happened was when Donna wanted to

demonstrate someone reading a book could make the whole audience

homolateral.

 

They asked for a book and the man next to me handed David a copy

of one of David's books. The demonstration went on as usual. I

was one of 4 people who did not do the exercise to clear the

reversed energies. And I did get weaker just listening to the

person read.

 

A bit later David made a comment to the audience that those who

are authors not use one of their own books for that exercise.

 

Donna made the comment at the end Friday night that we were all

pretty much Triple Warmered (overloaded) and worked on that with

us.

 

Donna worked with a young woman whose energies are severely

messed up. She gets into critical body dysfunction such as losing

too much weight if she does not test EVERYTHING she eats and

drinks to both substance and quantity. Donna played with a glass

of water to the point where she could then drink it safely.

 

At the break I suggested the woman talk to triple warmer and

spleen, particularly before eating. She said she had never

thought to do that. Someone in the seminar had already mentioned

talking to the body so I could refer back to that.

 

My sense was to talk to Triple Warmer when feeling strong and not

come begging to it when something has thrown me off.

 

When we came back Donna almost exactly echoed what I had just

said except she said to go directly to hypothalamus, the

controller of TW. Which one works better may vary with the

individual and also may vary at different times.

 

Saturday afternoon we did chakra clearing so I got another spinal

flush as well as the clearing.

 

After Doc's needle-fine focus, it was a little unsettling to

watch Donna's digressions. David brought her back from one of her

rambles by mentioning it to her.

 

Donna's energy is terrific, though. David was light and funny

while remaining focused.
