Hey Dan, Hey group:)

 

I think a major part of charisma has to do with living at cause and living by

your higher criteria.

 

These guys knew what they wanted and they wanted it with the utmost of purity(

" Charismatic " people are happy and seem to be comfortable with themselves.

 

One thing i do is identify with people that i've known in my own life that are

charismatic, so i could feel what they felt.

 

It works with people you've never met, but it works better with people you've

know that have charismatic traits you';d like to model.

 

One thing i modeled from soap operas and that xxx xxxxx helped me out with is is

extended eye contact. It works:) It helps to get the point across and helps you

direct your energy into the person your speaking with.

 

Charismatic people seem to be high energy people that love life, or more

specifically, love what they do.

 

With the stuff that doc teaches like the three thumps, hook up, penetrating

flow, etc, PLUS the proper thoughts thoughtforms, we can be charismatic.

 

Stuart wilde says in his book " silent power " that the energy we emanate is what

influences people.

 

In my experience, when my energy is high and i feel like i'm buzzing, everything

around me gets charged up. The room feels different. When i talk with people and

look them in the eye, they get mesmerized. It's good fun.

 

With our knowledge of the different energy fields and what effects they have, we

can become more influential.

 

I feel that a really big part of it though is be centered and focused on what

YOU want for your life.

 

Talk to a person with low energy and a person with high energy and tell me which

one you liked the best:)

Dear

List:

 

I would very much like to get some animated and interesting discussion from

this post.

 

I would like to hear the thoughts and reflections of the listmembers on the

phenomenon of charisma. I am very specific in what I am referring to in that

regard. I find the subject fascinating and would hope that some light may be

shed on it by this list.

 

I'm sure that many of us have come in contact with individuals that seem to

emanate a " magnetism " or " energy " that is highly attractive

in nature to others. History is full of examples of such people: Alexander the

Great, Caesar, and Napoleon are said to have been these types. I am acquainted

with at least two individuals that have met former President Bill Clinton, and

the reports of their meetings were virtually the same: he had this incredible

" magnetic presence " that was definitely physical in its effect.

Although the woman I know (who met Mr. Clinton) mentioned that he seemed

" highly sexual " , the man was not oriented in that way, but still felt

a dynamism and a personal attraction. I have no doubt that it is a very real

phenomenon, for I have members in my own family who had this same sort of

effect. The most notable, my Dad, is now deceased, but I doubt that he would be

able to explain what he did or if he was even consciou! s of what was

happening.

 

What is this phenomenon? Is it purely " charisma " (the etymology of

the word is ancient Greek and literally means " graced by the

gods " --in other words, that this is something innate) or is this an

energetic phenomenon of some sort. If it is something that can be cultivated,

how can that be done?

 

I look forward to all thoughtful replies.
