Guest guest
I use spinning magnets to strengthen my Spleen Meridian during my daily routine. Properly tracing your meridians with a spinning magnet can be 5-7 times more powerful than tracing them with the palm chakra alone. Most people do not realize how much the Triple Warmer meridian holds them back and how when activated TW robs energy from it's opposite meridian on the daily tide, the Spleen meridian. And we can curb the Fight or Flight response, and Panic in general by reducing the Triple Warmer and Strengthening the Spleen. I usually do this before doing any Astral Practice or Meditation. To properly trace the meridian with a spinning magnet:1. Back flush it once using counter-clockwise spins. Sometimes it takes several passes to finish 1 meridian, because the rotations usually reverse themselves while spinning . So I "seed" the meridian, making sure I get every part of it.2. Trace the meridian 3 times using a clockwise spin. Same things apply to "seeding" the meridian. My question has to deal with a new neo-dymium magnet I am using for my practice. I used to use a ceramic magnet. The new magnet is only a centimeter in diameter. I can use it now because I have a "bronze statue." And I have learned to find the meridians through practice and feeling. The magnet is powerful, however. I wonder: Am I accidently covering other meridians adversely because of its strength? Also, this is how I work with the Strange Flows:Before everything I perform the Figure 8 Brocade from my temple to below my navel1. I reduce the TW through the neck and side temple exercise.2. I strengthen the Spleen with the Spinning Magnets.3. Trace the entire Front Bridge flow with my hands, activating it first with a smile, and a good feeling.4. Do the same for the back.5. Separate Heaven and Earth.6. Trace the Front Girdle flow with my hands. Anthony VanWagnerThe Astral Atlaswww.astralatlas.com
