For the 2nd night I flushed my Spleen Meridian with the North side of a donut shaped magnet, and traced it 3X using the South side.It felt good to me. I then used the name energy test. And next I tested whether or not the South side strengthened or weakened me. I used both the body pendulum and the 2 fingers test. The results were that it worked.
