Guest guest
Have a funny story for y'all. I just sold a four-plex out in Butte Falls, that was 97 years old, needed some help but overall it had the strength and dignity that only really old buildings possess. The buyer came in yesterday to sign some papers. He starts telling me what a terrible deal this was the building is in horrible shape it's falling down as we speak, ect, ect. Now keep in mind this guy and his wife are vultures. This property needs work, but they bought it for a steal. They prayed on the seller, counting on the fact that she was about to loose it back to the original owner, to get an amazing bargain. Also keep in mind they are devout Christians, and pray before every kill! LOL! So this guy comes into my office and starts calling the old seller a slum lord and saying he has been cheated. Which he most definitely has NOT. Then he says he felt the devil come upon him in the back unit. That the devil over took and he had to get out of there. He said he had to have his preacher come over an get rid of the Satanic worshiper energy that was left over from the previous tenants. That his preacher said not to remove anything from the building. Just to demolish it. What made me roll on the floor with laughter is that this puke was in tears. He said that he was scarred for life. He was literally weeping as he told me this. Now before this time this guy came across as a perfectly normal guy. What a weird and messed up couple they are. Claiming spirituality and praying on people's weaknesses. Maybe the devil was his conscience? What do y'all see? His name is Barry Holm from New Mexico. Her name is Anna Huerta. Kali

I think it's a cult mentality. If the sellers had been part of their church they would never have treated them so horribly. Where are the values, the kindness they are supposed to be creating in this world. Some of the meanest people are Christians. Kali
