Aloha,

I trained at the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii (similar to Berkley Psychic Institute) and while taking classes got to do Aura Healings. They're great to do, because we automatically get a healing when we do it for others.

Grounding someone to the earth allows them to release the negatives. Calling their energy back from others and cutting aka cords also helps to release and give the body the energy to heal itself.

I know it sounds vague, but the person's own energy is what does the healing. Our intentions work wonders for us.
