Guest guest
Hi Group, I have recently been informed that a friend has been diagnosed with Hep C and has been recommended to commence " Interferon " treatment. I was wanting to reccomend to them some natural treatments and was wanting to know if anyone in the group is familiar with some positive results where energy and nutritional treatments have improved that condition? Thanks, Crystal
Guest guest
Crystal, My last test showed a normal liver function (better than normal in some categories). This did not include a virus count, it should be noted. (These are expensive and my insurance company balks at having very many done.) I have " religiously " used what I've learned from Doc, Donna, and a few other sources. It takes some time, but then, how much time does it take to get a liver transplant or being so sick you can't hold your head up (as some do become). I have never taken the interferon treatment, which doesn't offer great odds for clearing the virus anyway. My regimen: Every morning--Everything from Donna Eden's 5 minute energy routine plus full meridian tracing, aura weaving and flushing, and Heaven Rushing In, and when needed, some meridian flushing; qi liver massage (amazingly powerful technique--anyone wanting it, email me); the radiant circuits drills from Donna, David's, and the EFT guy's book; the Vibrant Breath routine from Gay Hendricks. Middle of the day--an hour or so of full body Reiki (my version of it) plus Eden's liver sedating and strengthening. Evening--same as morning, plus spinal flush and Jin Shin meridian balancing for the liver and gall bladder--and other things if something else has cropped up. I also try to do at least some yoga if not daily at least several times a week. Sometimes I use some QiGong meditation techniques. Most of the time I feel very well--occasionally a migraine will take me out of commission for awhile, but usually I do not have other things going wrong. One year (about 4 years ago) I had pneumonia, but I sometimes had that before I acquired HCV. Another time there was a bout with acid reflux, and I quit the meds for that and used a nifty technique Doc wrote about here. It seldom ever crops up now. I do take some supplements, notably milk thistle, oyster extract, reishi mushroom, vit. c, coq10, dandelion root, etc. My rationale has been--keep the body (and the liver of course) healthy, and the HCV won't be able to do much damage, and the hcv just might fade away altogether. I owe so much to Doc and this group! With only a couple exceptions, everything I mention here I learned either FROM Doc, or because of a book, etc., he mentioned on the group. One other thing--and maybe it won't be the same for your friend, because everyone is different. If possible, I avoid ALL " support " groups for HCV. There's much less " support " than there is group-complaining, and when I belonged to a couple of them, my health DETERIORATED. I try associate with mostly healthy people, and it tends to keep me healthier--body, mind & spirit. HCV seems to either create a lot of negativity, or the negativity creates HCV, chicken, egg, who knows. It's not healthy--body mind & spirit--to fall into all of that, and sometimes (heck, most of the time from my experience) it will directly stand in the way of taking a pro-active course in healing oneself. I can't even count the number of people I've seen (in the message groups mostly, but also a friend of ours) who get into that downward spiral, and absolutely refuse to do anything to help themselves. Even if it's life or death. And, many times they want others to spiral downward with them. Best of luck to your friend. I think many of these things can help the treatment succeed--and that they will help even if he or she opts out. If he or she wants to use supplements, though, be sure to check with the doctor, as some of these might affect the treatment. Guest guest
Hi Jeanne, I can see there is some really good information here. I can look up most of the energy medicine drills in Donna Edens book. Some more detail on the Qi Liver Massage technique would be great. Perhaps some hints on the the detail as far as Reiki and Qi Gong to if thats OK. I am pleased to hear that you have had good results with this. Thanks for your Reply Crystal
Guest guest
Hello Jeanne, Thanks for sharing your experience. I have an aunt with Hep C I am very curious about the qi liver massage (is this a chi nei tsung technique?) could you send me how this is done? I am also interested in learning the the Vibrant Breath routine, could you send me some more info about it? Thank you very much and happy new year.
