My name is Banu Frm Malaysia & a single mother aged 35 & mother of 2 kids. I've been struggling a lot in my life & I want to improve myself, gain back my confidence & somewhat be successfull in my life. Im overweight & my boss, my ex-husband, my friends, they always tease me a times & ask me to reduce my weight. Ive try so many ways, but the more I diet, I only ended up putting extra kg. Anyway I was searching so long for this healing energies, ESP, Reiki & Im eager to learn but I just dont know where to start. Please guide me & I truly want to improve myself & be respected by all. Guest guest Posted November 2, 2007 Report Share Posted November 2, 2007 Banu, try reading " Energy Medicine " by Donna Eden. It explains about energy, and has plenty of techniques you can use. Reiki is different. It is a spiritual lineage, passed on by initiation or 'attunement'. So you need to attend a workshop run by a Reiki Master. The good thing about Reiki is: you do not need to 'know' anything. Once you have Reiki, you can be guided by your intuition, or otherwise just perform the basic treatment and that will cover everything. Never mind about the 'weight'. You are OK just the way you are. " If you " try " to do something I guarantee that you will fail. Words matter; they are one of the most powerful things that shape our reality. So use them well. In fact, on one plane (dimension) in particular words ARE real things. That is another subject in itself... 2. Start arranging time so that you get to do more of the things that you love during the day. One of the fastest ways to gain fat is to get stuck in a routine that you are not entirely in love with (even if you are comfortable with it). 3. Pick up Donna Eden's book Energy Medicine. It's cheap, and it's full of secrets worth millions of dollars. 4. If you are really interested in learning ESP, pick up Doc's course on Silva Mind Control, the CD and video set. I have a friend who is 300-lb and growing bigger. I found out that he used to be fit and strong (he did boxing exercises), and he started putting on weight after he was shot in an incident. Be aware that each and everyone of us is a perfect (non-physical) being, and our physical situation, ie. weight, finance, is simply an indicator of what our vibrations had been focusing on. Changing our beliefs, our attention and our vibrations will change our physical world. I would like to suggest the following : 1. Ask yourself why is it you have this weight problem. List down all the possible answers your heart tells you. 2. Visit www.emofree.com, or get Doc's Inner Demon Destroyer (IDD) and learn how to blow away the negative thoughts you listed in step one. Later, you will find these skills useful in blowing away behaviors and throughts that prevent you from manifesting abundance, loving relationship, creativity, etc. 3. Guest guest Posted November 9, 2007 Report Share Posted November 9, 2007 Thank you again for all the great info & tips. I belief now that our words is the main motivation to improve ourself. Im now slowly beginning to learn all this uniq ways to be a better person. About my migraine pain,, it does comes & go, (it happen if I think too much or get tense up, or on a very hot weather & guess what..even eating banana can trigger the migraine pain. I didnt belief at first but I try it anyway & by evening I'll slowly get the sign of migraine. So stop eating banana & cold fruits (frm the fridge). I truly thank Peter & Wilson for guiding me. Not always I get a change to open my pc.. as a working mother, its truly tiring & most of the time you feel want to sleep off, But if did sleep, somehow my eyes wont close up. Feels uneasy & make us wonders. Sorry guys,, Im bla bla bla abt something else. I just feel happy to let go my emotions out.
