Guest guest
Hello ... Just a quick introduction ... I am Darlene and have been working in this field for 28 years. Your friend's recommendation is correct ... comfrey is known as the bone knitter but you need to know how to take it and where your supply comes from. If you want more detailed directions, please ask. Blessings, Darlene

Also, my opponent outranked me, outweighed me by 80 lbs. and was 8 " taller, too. ( rubbing it with tiger balm, wrapping with cellophane wrap some times, limiting training and working around it as much as possible and doing energy medicine 5 minute drills and chi gong, etc. massage, figure 8's etc. and visually healing it and taking extra glucosamine/condroitin, calcium, vit C etc. ) One alternative healer recommended " confrey tea " yet I haven't found it locally ( may have to order it online ) Thanks for any and all advice to help speed my recovery along. Guest guest
Hi Laura, Thank you for your reply and I am tracking down comfrey in various forms. My friend suggested tea is easier to find and some sources have comfre ointment so this may work.
