Guest guest
Hi Rusty, Yes, the glucosamine/condroitin product I have been taking also has MSM and other ingredients in it. The last few nights I have been using a well reputed Japanese? companies' pain relieving patch over on area with castor oil soaked paper towel folded up on the other area. Then a t-shirt over that and a thermol shirt over that covered by a heavy weight karate gi and then wrapped under the covers to help me stay in a comfortable position as I sleep. Also, I feel much more of a range of motion with less pain and when I sneezed this afternoon ( I braced myself because surprise sneezes and rolling over in my sleep have been the WORST of the pain so far ) it barely hurt. So far, so good and tracking down some comfrey ( found out that alantoin is the main reason why comfrey is the bone knitter ) Working on this from many angles and aspects : with energy, massage, temperature, vitamins/minerals/supplements, balms, ointments/plasters/oils including self hypnosis where celtic weaves, figure 8's and other knitting is taking place while I rest and during my deep, deep sleep. Michael Twomey P.s. My new coat came in real handy today because as promised it is almost completely waterproof and I REALLY needed it in today's downpour. So that is another physical aspect I am taking care of to minimize any discomfort and to maximize the healing... Also, I am almost forced to give myself more time to arrive at appointments, etc. so I am looking and finding lessons in this crappy experience.
