I sure as Hell would not do it the way that is verified effective. I'm tired right now so I'm going to go and put a Charlie Rich CD on, rather than do the 5 minute energy exercises. That should work, right? Since I like the vibrations of Charlie Rich music? Brenda Lee is good also. Maybe some Brenda Lee instead of doing the Connections Between Heaven and Earth and the Hook Ups?
