I don't like that Sam Cook song or that style of music. I've done the

Wayne Cook along with that song and it does a great job of scrambling

up my energies even more. Energy tested it.

 

To each their own tastes (anchors) eh?

 

I prefer the Wayne Cook (and my other energy drills) done with my own

selected imagery, and MY choice of music.

 

Now the image is often all I need to balance my energies, adding any

of the AKOG makes is even better.

 

Amazing the things you can do with the right anchors for you.
