This is Physical Therapy 101.

Of course, energy medicine can be integrated, and often is, whether

the client or therapist knows it or not.

I agree AND...

She was wanting specific how-to's, and what to do.

So give her some of those.

Ps. My original post, and many back posts have already covered many

how-to's in much detail.

I'd want to see her in person to assess the instability and

dysfunction. Instead, I suggest looking up a good PT and setting an

appointment.

Cheers,

Troy

Troy, I believe you are avoiding giving out any advice that gs can

easily do.

Here's some simple examples:

1. The Chuck Norris machine is good for rebuilding knees. And you can

get a used one for about $50 bucks. I had a client of mine just give

me one for FREE because he got it for free from a charity shop that

had no room to display it, so they gave it away.

2. Something as easy as, sit in a chair, put a big book on the top of

both feet, then straightening both legs at the same time.

3. Going to a charity shop, and buying some angle weights for $1 buck

and then doing extension, and reverse leg curls, so that she can

tighten up those muscles and ligaments around those loose joints.

3. And the taking of Inner Power (go to the net, it's a D. Pearson &

Sandy Shaw Product), so at the very least gs can talke it when going

to bed so that during the delta wave brain cycle her pituatary gland

will release MORE growth hormone so she can heal better.

There are many tactics that can be given here because they are safe.

4. gs can also get a hairbrush and tapp around the knees, on the

tendons and the ligaments, to more activate the acupuncture points

there.

5. gs can hold the points behind the knees for a couple of minutes so

more blood will go to that area to help healing.

6. gs can do the Belt Line flow, the clearing of the chakras, and the

Connecting Between Heaven and Earth so that her energies are more

easily able to go to those knees in a benefical way.

Hi,

Ok here are some clues, the back posts will give step by step...

Take MSM daily with your Vit C powder.

Get some DMSO and apply that.

Use the Edgar Cayce Castor Oil wrap solution with a heating pad

before bed, or for a few hours.

Use EFT, IDD or some other EP drill for getting rid of the pain, the

limiting beliefs, installing the future you want...

Go to level and see your future knee how you want it, and then find

out what 'you' did to acheive those results.

Figure 8 the area, mix in colour, for instance 'see' blue figure 8s

entering the area fuelled with your intention to do XXX.

Regards,

Michael.

Sure, there's lots of advice that gs could easily do but they may be

useless unless more information is gathered in an assessment.

With proper questions, I've helped world class runners, often with

better outcomes than practitioners who see them in person because I

asked the right questions.

I would need more info before offering them relatively safe exercises

that may actually do more damage than good if not applied in the

right circumstances.

That's my professional training AND experience.

For example:

Why are the knees buckling? Torn ligaments? What grade of

instability? Ankle fractures? Acute, subacute, healed chronic? Non-

union? How does the calcaneus move? Obese? Genu valgus? Over

pronation? Is there swelling? Joint crepitus? Tight butt? Prior

surgeries? How do they walk? Climb stairs?

All these are variables that are important in determining what advice

to give.

I saw a morbidly obese man today with knee instability. I had to

observe him walk, listen to his history, and give him what he needed

the most.

My exercise prescription AFTER the diagnosis of posterior knee

instability caused by obesity, genu valgus, tight calf muscles, weak

quads, and pronatory foot type was for him to stand in a chi kung

posture and do some simple tai chi walking.

Knee extensions wouldn't work well for this man, neither would the

Chuck Morris machine I have and use a lot for other knee patients. He

needed something that he could do successfully, that he would do at

home, and that would take care of the problem.

So my best FREE advice that I'm happy to give, and is still the most

value, is go see a physical therapist.

Respectfully,

Troy
