And, click on the " files " section to the left of this page.

An entire file on it there.

My quickie de-stresser is to do the Expelling Of The Demon drill while

I think about what's stressing me, and the sooner the better. 90% of

the time that alone works for me.

Then I'll usually follow it with the three thumps, cross crawl, Wayne

Cooke, and trace the 14 meridians to clear out energy blocks that seem

to form when I get stressed.

Total time less than 5 minutes.

In the past I might have gone out and taken a run or a walk or done

something really physical, and maybe it would work, maybe not. It

wasn't always practical either. I found the above exercises work 100%

of the time for me within a few minutes.

If you look in the files you'll find more than a couple dozen ways to

normalize TW, guaranteed one or more of them is going to work for you,

I also can't say enough good about EFT, Doc's Inner Demon Destroyer,

and learning to get to " level " .

This just scratches the surface.

You'll find it all, and more, in the archives and files.

Hi Larry,

I'm sorry you are feeling stress right now. Might I suggest you check

out www.emofree.com, it is a website for a technique called Emotional

Freedom Technique. It has been used for PTSD, stress, anxiety, all

types of physical and emotional issues. It also has a free download of

the book that tells how to do it, as well as some videos that show it

being used. A lot of people learn the technique just from the videos

and the free download. I hope this helps. Have a blessed day.
