I was taught a drill by Donna that has really helped 12 of my clients NOT need that surgery. Simple to do. And I even used it on myself and my hips were better, like new in a few days. One 79 year lady who works cleanup at the Talent Truck Stop (a greasy spoon restaurant I love to go to) told me " Doc, that drill gave me back my life, my energy and my freedom " . They are simple isometrics, which you resisting, then enlarging the distance a couple of inches until at full sideways extension. Or you can have the surgery. Guest guest
I'm posting some hip info from Teresa Giacomini's Energy Medicine glossary that I think includes the drill that Doc is talking about: For pain in hips or sacrum, sedate Circ/Sex. This helps bones hold alignment better. Hip problems are associated with Metal element. Work Large Intestine and Circ/Sex. Crown Pull helps strengthen abdominal muscles, so aids hips in holding body. To strengthen legs and hips, do this exercise (after appropriate healing if due to inury): (1) sedate then strengthen Circ/Sex (2) using the sideway leg motion of the Circ/Sex muscle test, do an isometric exercise with practitioner pushing hard in on leg while client pushes against that pressure; move leg out wider and repeat (3) do the same isometric exercise with the leg muscle test motion for Kidney (4) repeat with motion for muscle test for Large Intestine Hope this helps, MichelleH ________________________________ I would like to know how this exercise is done again please ,Ill give it a try dana
