Guest guest
Hi Doc / all I need some advice for helping someone and I really don’t know where to start. About a year ago my mom in law had a lower back fusion operation, which was apparently a success. Unfortunately there was a bit of iatrogenic fallout. One of the drips damaged her sub-clavian vein. A clot was formed which placed pressure on her lymphatic system. The result – a severe leakage of lymphatic fluid in her abdomen. Now, the problem is that she was apparently born with a congenitally “strange” lymph system. Instead of having solid lymph channels in her abdominal area she has a multitude of tiny networks. In terms of physics the process is logical – too much pressure and something will pop. For about the past year she has been experiencing severe swelling of the abdomen (ascites I believe is the medical term). Nothing the medical profession did made much difference and even my psychic interventions made little impact. When I connect to her at level I get a strong sense of loneliness and somehow wanting to be taken care of by someone. (There is a large amount of family baggage that could contribute to this). The question I have is this – what can be done via Huna technologies, Silva, and energy medicine or whatever to turn this process around. I am generally (and so is my wife) effective at creating healing but this one has both of us totally stumped. Any input would be greatly appreciated. BTW Doc, my wife is so desperate that she actually wants to fly you out to South Africa to deal with this situation. Kind regards Johan
Guest guest
(Moderator's note: I did go to Karen's site and she does have some neat stuff there that will help. Have fun!) > Dear Johan, May I offer that she may benefit by focusing on the " weeping " ...why is her body crying? and what emotional issues is her body is handling for her. On my site http://www.workasworship.com there is a link to " Meridian Wisdom " , it is a simple protocol I developed that can help make conscious deeper levels of any challenge. You can then focus in more at the cause and apply your subtle energy therapy of choice. Additionally, the small trampolines are excellent for drainage of lymph, I read of a study where they had cancer patients jumping a few minutes every hour with great results. Even if she just bounces, not leaving the trampoline surface, it would be of benefit. There are also lymphatic massages. Hope this helps, Karen Gould www.workasworship.com Hi Doc / all > > > > I need some advice for helping someone and I really don't know where to > start. Guest guest
Hi Karen Thank you for your reply. I agree with your evaluation – my mom in law is dealing with a lot of loss / sadness but she seems unwilling to engage with it and prefers to focus purely on the physical symptoms. That might be one of the reasons I’ve struggled to help her with shifting anything significant. Thanks for the website, I’ll check it out. I know about the trampolines for lymph drainage but her physical condition is currently of such a nature that I doubt she’ll be able to do it. Maybe a bit of bouncing would be possible – I’ll look into that. Guest guest
Often in cases such as this, a change in consciousness must take place first in order for the person to heal. Without it, there really is no healing and is only temporary or will show up as more complications of dis-ease. sometimes being there for the person, talking or having someone to talk to will help in her own realization of what is taking place and a healing come about as a result. where inner contemplation is necessary for change.is there someone she can talk to, perhaps you, that can guide her to what is going on behind the scenes. you hit is on the nail when you mentioned your perception of what you saw in her with the loneliness and wanting someone to take care of her. it is the 'poor me syndrome' that has to be let go of and only she can do this. With guidance, she can come out of this. if you are unfamiliar with this, do some research if you feel guided to help her, and see how you may approach this type of healing, an extension of what you are already doing.sending love, light and healing, joyspiritedJohan Roelofse <hunashaman wrote: Hi Doc / all I need some advice for helping someone and I really don’t know where to start. Guest guest
Thank you Melanie I agree that a change in consciousness is absolutely essential. We’ve been nagging her to go see a psychologist but she is scared to confront the stuff that bugs her. The irony is that both my wife and I are psychologists so we have a pretty good idea about what’s happening with her from an emotional point of view. I guess it is like the old problem of being able to bring a horse to water but not being able to force it to take a single sip of water. Thanks for your suggestions.
