Guest guest
Lori, What I meant about meds was do anyone take meds for mental diagnosis here? I am diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and depression. I take quiet a few meds. I take Lexapro, Ambian, Klonipin, Dyazide, Prilosec, Nerontin-which I will be coming off of and sometimes Ativan. So, yes, I take meds for this disorder. Am I in the wrong group? LOL Could you maybe explain a little more for me here? I seen that Donna's book could not be gotten anymore so now I am truly lost to learn. I need some guidance here if you don't mind. Thank you. For starters I would suggest begin reading the back posts starting from post number one, a sure way to quickly grasp the unique character of this great group ;-) and pick up unlimited gold nuggets along the way I'll also add to what several have already said, Start with Donna Eden's " Energy Medicine " book (required reading for this group), there's a whole section in there devoted to the Five Elements from her perspective. If after reading that you find you want to know even more, she has a set of videos called " The Five Rhythms " . Very fun to watch and learn from! " meds " ? Guest guest
Even if if was true, which it is not, that Energy Medicine cannot be gotten anymore, there are still thousands of posts on this group that you can review. Do go through the back posts looking for what draws you. With so many meds it is a wonder you can even walk, talk or think at all. Guest guest
Donna's book is still available. A 10th anniversary edition is due out in August of this year so maybe they are not printing more new copies of the older edition. Look for it in used books, etc. or on Ebay. Holding your neurovasculars would be helpful for anxiety - if you get the " Energy Medicine " book, there is a chart and further explanation of the neurovasculars. Once you learn energy testing, you can test your meds to see if they align well with your body. Use the Spleen meridian test (from EM and Touch for Health). Even if you get a strong Spleen test, check the meds at the TW alarm point at the temple as well. Anxiety and depression meds often activate a Triple Warmer reaction. There is a whole chapter on Triple Warmer and ways to calm it in Donna's book. Another reason to get it! Guest guest
If you are on meds and need advice, talk with your MD. As for the book, go to a library and they can help you.
