Hello,

I have recently started working on energy work and the chakras as well

as yoga. I am trying to get myself in a more balanced state as I am

wanting to become a holistic practitioner and energy healer and open my

own clinic here in tulsa. I have [racticed yoga for a few years and

within the last year really began to work hard on it.

Within the last month I started doing more intense poses and

meditations. I have felt awesome after doing them, however I have

noticed that afterwards my vision turns a deep green color for a few

moments. I get this tingling feeling all over until it subsides. Does

any one know what could be causing this?

Thank you beforehand for any and all insight.

Namaste,

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

Sounds like some sort of afterimage effect:

And/or a visual aura: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aura_(symptom)

Which poses are you doing? And are your eyes closed and then you open them

to light? Maybe it's blood rushing up to your brain. Or maybe you are

seeing a chakra color. Some poses work on some chakras more than others....

Sorry I don't have a better answer for you. Maybe someone else does.

Many blessings,

MichelleH
