Guest guest
mental healing practices vary--one practice that I have had success with is PEAT by sivorard of Serbia--working with polarities another is Robert Ducharme's work finally, I had good success with chaka mediation more information can be found on the internet I think that we do not specify exactly what goal we are trying to reach or what we really want to happen. Putting ideas, decisions, or even postulates in present time with very specific parameters is necessary. Fully confronting a situation and being willing to take the viewpoint of anyone in that situation is a key ingredient to success. Encapsulated emotions are the trap and keeps a person from being free and clear thinking. We also develop blind spots so we sometimes need assistance from others because they are blind areas and we go right past them without being aware at all.....other people may find it odd, but we accept it as reality. just my thoughts..... zed
