I've had mine fixed twice surgerically over the past 40 years, then I started wearing head gear when sparring. So Sue, if you are going to get your nose broken, wear head gear first. It's a great prevention method. Surgery is the only way I know of to fix it after the fact, unless you've got big strong hands. But fixing it that way, most people do not have the stomach for it.
