What's your experience with them?Do they clear negatives or take on the positive?>> They clear with the proper massage, exercise or mini trampoline. The " intention " used is dependent on which of the above you use. If you exercise with negative thoughts then the exercise is NOT good for you, no matter what the exercise (the sweating type). If you do the mini trampoline with an attitude of " of crap, I hate this " , then the mini trampoline is NOT good for you. If you do the lymphatic massage with the attitude of " shit this hurts and I don't like doing it " , then doing it is NOT good for you. But change the attitude to something much more open and productive towards the results you want, then it is good for you. I'm pretty sure that you are confusing neurolymphatics with neurovasculars. I can't wait to do this to somebody else! " A valid way of heeling them. Jim P.S. I DO love the reframe you taught us to use when we make someone else scream in pain: " If it hurts, that means you NEED it! " hahahaha

Many people think that pain means to " STOP " , when it is (many times) a signal that it IS NEEDED!
