Guest guest
Hello Doc and everyone Doc do you have a recommendation for a rebounder? I want to get one, but there's so many different ones out there, I'm not sure which one to get. I want one that is fairly decent, but I don't want to buy the most expensive one if that's not necessary. Thanks! Lily Gold
Guest guest
Hi Lily, I've got a few of the $40 ones from Sport's Chalet. Both been fine. But, we had another of the cheap ones outside and the fabric got weak in the California sun, and broke in a couple of years. We have a cheapie in the office at work, it gets jumped on a few times a day. Another consideration: there is a rebounder aerobics exercise and you jump DOWN into the rebounder, like your pounding or stomping. (more of a workout type of exercise) That might be harder on the rebounder that just bouncing up and down or running in place. Guest guest
Hi Lilly, Al Carter has got a top quality rebounder, as well as many sources of great info as to why NASA rated the rebounder as the #1 form of exercise, books, videos, etc. Also check out Needak. Those two companies aren't cheap, BTW. You can also find good ones that are very reasonably priced on ebay. Rebounding is a great way to relieve stress. Good luck! Guest guest
Hi Lily, I've owned both the " cheap " kind (from a sporting goods store) and a Needak. The cheap kind works fine, but the Needak is far superior in my opinion. I got it almost new on craigslist for 50% of the retail price.
