Guest guest
Hi Janice: When I was in college I used to travel around New York with the gymnastic club I was on and give shows. Jumped trampoline, did rings, and tumbled—my department. The basic motion in jumping trampoline involve your arms going up and down, squeezing together your armpits—where there just happens to be a lot of lymph glands. Those lymph glands get stimulated through this motion. And the lymph glands in the groin area get the same stimulation, through the use of the legs. Only one benefit. Its also as good, aerobically, as skipping rope, but without the impact. In other words, its one of the best aerobic exercises there is. Safety alert though. On the trampoline itself, and not necessarily the rebounder which is much closer to the ground and smaller, when you begin to tire, get off. The risk of accident goes up dramatically when you get tired. It only takes a few minutes to recover and you can exercise again. Sort of like a stationary bike that you can program hills into and flat areas where there is no real effort. With just a few safety precautions, the trampoline is one of the best exercise tools there is. Ed On Behalf Of Janice Saturday, April 15, 2006 11:43 PM MCS CDN Rebounders I need to brag about an extraordinary discovery and I'am sending this to a friend and two lists. The discovery? If you need to exercise and clear your lympth system because you have candida or don't digest food all to well...........get a trampoline, those little rebounders. If you don't have money, get the one at Sears for $55.00. I'am getting another type that's a bit more, I think it's called " Urban Rebounders " , and personally know someone who's a personal trainer who sells these for $155.00 that also comes with a DVD, and a muscle ball and a yoga ball or whatever their called. I'll be getting her email on the weekend and people can contact me about this deal because she's also a personal trainer and a nutritionist as well, and this is her new take-off business. The thing I've found since I just got one myself from Sears is that the Urban Rebounder first of all doesn't have springs and it's healthier for your body and won't cause injuries - and when you discover walking on the rebounder it's like unbelievable treadmill and a gazillion walking exercises that there's no way you could do on the treadmill, you get more core strength from it AND it's like 99% cheaper than a treadmill. And the good part..........you do not need to jump high, just a tiny bit or just bounce, and even that is great for the lympathic system and it exercises every single cell in your body ------------- you do have to really warm up before and after because if you jump or bounce the workout is very strenuous if your not in shape but once your walking it's like hello......Jackpot! No more health problems now! Janice. We are of one race, the human race. There are no boundaries or divisions from Space. Humanity has relied on the earth since time began, she is our home. Guest guest
I love quality, so I've got the $350 one that comes with DVD's, instructions, blab, blab, blab... ....and I've got Wal-Mart ones that cost $19 bucks. And I've got a few I've found at yard sales and flea markets. I think I have one in every room of the house, and two in my office and work out room. They ALL work. So I guess you buy according to your personality. Dr. John M La Tourrette, who drives an H2, has 5 Rolexes, 72 pairs of shoes, etc.
