Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor's conscious stroke experience

Oprah.com has made available the downloads to Oprah's interview

with Jill Bolte Taylor, PhD. Dr. Taylor is a brain scientist who

had a major stroke that affected the left side of her brain and

she remained conscious during the initial course of the stroke

happening. Being a Harvard-trained neuroanatomist even in the

midst of the stroke she was intrigued by what was happening to

her.

I found her experience fascinating to listen to. This is a hard

scientist, not a woo-woo person. Dr. Taylor has made major life

changes since the stroke happened.
