Why is this person banned forever from our Member's Only site?

I'm sorry to say it but Jack had to ban one of our people today on

our member's only site.

On our member's site, we have a $19 special. It runs for a month or

so, then the price goes up to the normal monthly amount.

The guy did join for $19 bucks, and got his $1,000 worth of free

bonuses.

Then he resigned from the group when it was time to pay the normal

fee.

We know that happens, which is okay. That's just part of the game.

What followed is NOT okay.

He just attempted to rejoin that " member's only " group AGAIN for $19

bucks.

He wanted another free $1,000 worth of bonuses AGAIN for $19 bucks.

We refunded his $19 bucks and will NEVER do business with him again,

anywhere.

So group, what is Jack's and my reasonsing?

And, as far as we are concerned " he is a thief " .

$1000.00 - $19.00 = $981.00 His profit. Then he tried to save $30.00

so that instead of only making $951.00 he would again reap his

original profit margin.

I agree with your perception on this. He obviously isn't taking into

account all the time and attention that you have put into creating and

compiling all the information that you are offering at a pittance and

that being the case most likely won't even put any of it to use.

I agree with the assessment on all accounts-except that I think that it's worse because of the attempt tmade to masquerade the act of thievery. If anything, at least a blatant thief gives you the impression that he is just going to take what he wants and will give you nothing. It's essentially the behavior of someone that wants something for (almost) nothing. I also agree that it disrepects the creator(s) of the work. In my experience, those folks are usually rewarded in kind by the universe. Just my two cents. I've given this some thought, and I think it's worth pointing out what's unusual

here.

The guy who was banned was just trying to game the system.

That happens everyday, probably everywhere in the world.

What's unusual is Doc and Jack's insistence on ethical behavior from clients.

I remember a bank (which no longer exists) had a contest to open IRA accounts.

A friend of my barber worked there and had everyone he knew open many many

accounts for $.01. And this idiot won the contest. And the even bigger idiots

who employed him let him get away with it.

At my bank, this guy would probably have been put on disciplinary notice.

The difference between leadership and management, IMO.
