Guest guest Posted June 18, 2008 Report Share Posted June 18, 2008 Hi everyone, I was lucky enough to train with Doc this past weekend. Outstanding training and learnings. But I got home late last night, and was a little bit grumpy and tired this morning. Not looking forward to the working day. And I noticed these feelings while driving my car to work. So I did the thing Doc taught us on Friday night to blow this out. Took less than one second. And then I started really enjoying the music that was playing on the radio, and I 've been having a great day since then. It's been a get shit done day since I blew out that problem with high energy and good attitude.
