2-10 second blowout for travelling comfort

Hi everyone,

 

Travelling back from Doc's seminar, I got held up in Chicago. It happens. Lots of hurrying up and waiting (and waiting, and waiting). Lots and lots of people with their energies flowing in the wrong direction.

 

I make sure to always do my energy routine before airplane travel. Otherwise, the trip tends to be more unpleasant than it needs to be because I tend to be more unpleasant than I need to be ( and my energies are running in the wrong direction).

 

Anyway, since I'd done my drills before I left, I figured I was ok. I was wrong. When I got on my last flight, I noticed that I started to feel a little claustrophobic. This is an uncomfortable feeling that sends me straight into triple warmer. Uh oh, can't really do cross crawls in the aisle. What to do?

 

So I did the 2-10 second blowout for "Even though my energies..." Result: claustrophobic feeling gone, and lots of energy even after I got home from a long day of travel. I still had to do the same things I would have had to do with my energies reversed. I just did them a lot better, and a lot happier.
