It's a self confidence issue though he might call it something else. If you use EFT and call it a phobia, and that word does not resonate with his inner person, it will not work. If it's not 100% specific to what he'd call it, it will not work as it should. So throw up a bunch of words, and watch his reaction. Have him throw up a bunch of words and watch his reaction. You want that one that fits his inner person. So when you get the ones that seem to fit, you energy test for a better verification and SUDS scale. And using a Bandler Fast Phobia dissociation tactic might work. That process works even better if you add a couple of " things " to it to enhance your calibration of the results you are really getting. You add a SUDS scale to it. And you add a verification process, i.e., energy testing. Without those 2 additions most people still have remanants of the phobia remaining even though they feel much better. With a SUDS they'll notice the number and not the " I feel better " . I've had cases in the past where I've used the Fast Phobia Dissociation very successfully on myself and on others, but... When I learned Energy Psychology about 11 years back I revisited some of my old phobias and I noticed that they were not gone but just diminished down to a 4 from a 10. A 4 is livable. A 10 is hard to live with. Because of the differences I felt better. After about 4 minutes with EFT the SUDS was done to a zero. Then I did an installation of a positive emotion/skill into the energy body. Now I just use the Inner Demon Destroyer (my version of Gary Craig's EFT) as I conversationally make sure they are totally associated into their emotion (a 180 reversal of what the Fast Phobia Dissociation calls for). With the proper usuage of the Inner Demon Destroyer I've never had to do the " sandwich " more than one time to get it to a zero. Nice thread people. Sincerely, John M. La Tourrette, Phd Ps. I suggest everyone at least earn a Practitioner's Level from Richard Bandler or John LaValle. Funny how it works. The more you do it the better you get at doing it.
