Guest guest
Any ideas on how to treat night sweats? It's me and I'm not great on self-testing (I really have to devote some time to developing this skill). I remember reading something about it being related to Heart so I will work on Heart strengthening and also TW sedating first (as TW is related to any heat related issue). I'm 42yo and I know it's hormonally related. I guess also work on strengthening adrenals and I know the Rooster Crown hold over the HPP axis. Welcome any other thoughts! Thanks in advance! Many blessings, MichelleH
Guest guest
HI Michelle, Do you exercise? Get in some time at the gym or some other way of working up a sweat. It helps. Get a rebounder -- helps with the fuzzy thinking and helps move the lymph and hormones around. (and the exercise) Also, sedate circulation sex. Watch the sugar (spleen test what you're eating) -- and try to get a lot a leafy greens and fruits. Donna's next book is all about women's hormones -- it should be out soon Helen On Jul 20, 2008, at 12:06 PM, lunarmm wrote: > Any ideas on how to treat night sweats? Guest guest
Thanks for the feedback, Helen. I'm guessing that this night sweats thing was related to the time of the month and my hormones. It occurred right before my period and has subsided. But, then again, I've been boosting my regular energy routine - strengthening heart, holding my NVs, etc..... Yes, I'm looking forward to Donna's " Energy Medicine for Women " book - it'll be out 8/21 (got it on my calendar!). Many blessings, MichelleH HI Michelle, Do you exercise?
