it was with use of hands, emotions and bodies energies. sometimes our

fear gets in way of love. so there are ways that the fear center,

hypothalamus, can be addressed with speech and with energy to not go

on red alert so that healing can take place. it was 4 wonderful days

and much was covered. one fantastic thing was the putting of diamond

shapes in our energy body so that good things happen to us with the

use of celestial beings and source energy assisting our evolution.
