Terminate a stubborn headache in 90 sec. with a single finger :-)

The other day I attended an energy medicine class where we learned

how to inlay some new and very beneficial energy patterns into our

energy fields and I'm enjoying and benefiting from the effects of that.

 

During the exercise I could feel that there was a lot of energy moving

through me, and I felt a headache building up in the center of my

head. Then it spread out across my brow and to the sides of my head. I

needed to get rid of it.

 

So I did ear pulling and forehead NV's with no luck; I did the daily

routine, no good; I triple-zipped, locked, and did a front and rear

hook up--still no good; did various TW normalizing techniques--still

no luck; then meridian flushing; several grounding exercises; a tie

flow; chakra clearing over the pain; and a half dozen other things

that were suggested. Nothing that usually worked for me was working.

 

At best the headache would go away for a short time then come right

back throbbing again. At least it didn't get any worse.

 

This went on all day and into the evening. I was wondering why my

usual energy medicine didn't seem to be working this time.

 

In the evening I saw Doc at the class and mentioned to him the

headache I had that I couldn't get rid of. He took one look at me and

asked me in that point-blank way that he's famous for, " Did you suck

your thumb? "

 

No, I hadn't done that, and the moment he asked me I knew immediately

that this was exactly what I needed to do to clear the headache out

and I knew why.

 

So I sucked on my thumb and the headache/block started to clear out,

and within a couple of minutes it was completely gone and never returned.

 

Once I removed that block it freed-up the energy to move through the

energy patterns we installed in my field that day and I began to feel

all the positive effects.

 

I felt wiped out from the day, and that night I slept like a log and

in the morning I felt better than I felt in years.

 

And if any energy medicine aficionados want to figure out why sucking

the thumb worked so well for clearing out that block when everything

else barely budged it a single iota…

Hi Lori-

 

The energy at or below the mouth can get cut off from the energy at the top of

the head.

Sucking the thumb, in addition to being a great way to connect Central &

Governing, will

subtly shift the cranial bones & move blocked energy. It reconnects the energy

from the

roof of the mouth to the top of the head. I have also seen it work when nothing

else does

for headaches.

 

You can energy test for the need for this by touching the neck below the chin &

testing. If

it goes weak, you probably need it. Then, touch the baby soft spot at the top

of the head

& test. Then put a thumb at the bridge of the nose & test. If all three go

weak, you

definitely need it. Or, skip the testing & just suck your thumb.

 

I am glad that Doc was there to tell you about it - because to get rid of an

energy

headache you need to shift the cause.

 

If you were the receiver on the first day we did the exercise, the excessive

scrambled

energy in the room may have added to the blockage.

Interesting. Well sucking your thumb activates Penetrating Flow and helps

connect up Central and Governing. So those are three Strange Flows/Radiant

Circuits -- which can shoot energy to wherever it's needed and bypass

blockages and do wonders.

 

But, question Lori, did you try a crown pull in all that stuff that you did?

For some people, it works better in the field. Sounds like you had excess

energy in the head that needed space to move... Also may want to open crown

chakra wider.

 

But cool about Doc and sucking your thumb.

Cool. Thanks Kelmie. I have a friend who gets migraines frequently. She

has definite Wood imbalance stuff going on but I wonder if sucking the thumb

would help her.... Crown pulls in her field help her more than on the

physical body.

I'm pretty certain it had to do with central and governing not

connecting together inside the mouth because the front and rear

hookups that usually work for me weren't working. Also the location of

the pain. I could feel it in the center of my head just above the roof

of my mouth.

 

Sea of meridians? Are you referring to where all the yin and yang

meridians come together in the area of the neck?

It was nice to meet you there too.

 

That first day we did the exercise I was the giver rather than the

receiver. The people in my small group were using that new exercise we

just learned for counteracting frustration. Considering the 200 other

people who were probably frustrated too, I doubt it did much good.

 

The next day was better, though some of us thought that some of the

morphic field from the day before was still there when we reformed our

groups.

 

Thanks for the great explanations. I figured it was my central and

governing not connecting inside my head. I didn't know about the

cranial bones shifting when the thumb is sucked. How interesting, and

good to know!

 

I'll have to do those three energy tests next time it happens. It's

happened on a couple of other occasions.

 

Last time it happened was a couple of years ago. I took myself to a

theta brainwave level. I know I'm there when pain disappears. While

there I gave myself some specific suggestions, and when I returned

back to beta level the pain was gone and didn't return…until Portland.

 

I was way too scrambled to even think of doing that theta exercise

during the exercise in Portland.

 

In the end I turned out the better for it and learned some new things

about myself from it. Nice to know I now have yet another solution I

can use thanks to Doc.

Hi Michelle,

 

Yes, there's no doubt the RC's were involved with the correction,

considering how good I was feeling the next day and still do!

 

The central and governing were the immediate cause to be dealt with.

The connection was reestablish by using my thumb, allowing the energy

to move out and an energy connection to reestablish. Kelmie's

explanation about the cranial bones moving seems to ring true too.

 

I did the crown pull, it's part of my daily routine, and I did it

several other times during the day with no luck. Interesting that you

mention doing it in the energy field, I do do it that way sometimes.

Mainly so I don't mess up my hair ;-)

 

I also did chakra clearing of the crown and brow and other locations

on my head and no success.
