When I read your email an interesting thing happened. I got a headache! Instantly.

What I automatically did for it was tap on the top of my head. Felt like energy was

stuck and I needed to open 7th chakra. I tried sucking and it made it worse.

All this, I conclude, was to instruct me (again) that there can be different origins for

symptoms and we have to be willing to try various possibilities. Now, when you can SEE

the person, sometimes it's easier (for me) to know which is best. I'm still not able to

But, this time, I actually got the symptom. But with myself, I can usually guess what's up.

 

It was good seeing you and Doc and laughing and eating and chilling (literally) together.

Hi Sue,

 

Another interesting thing is, I went back and re-read my own post and

I noticed a headache coming on too!

 

So, I noticed my breath, then I relaxed my belly and made it really

soft, then I opened my heart.

 

I began to feel better, and in no time I was feeling fine.

 

Yes, was good to see you again! Quite a fun group at dinner, great

radiant energies all around.
