Sorry...

 

....but that sounds like either humor...

 

....or a very negative belief and rationalization.

 

I gained weight because I chose to.

 

I chose to put that utensil in my mouth too many times.

 

No one force-fed me. Ever.

 

And when I decided to put that utensil in my mouth less times...

 

....and to take out all the sugars and most of the starches...

 

....my weight went back to 205.

 

Funny how that works.

PS At the last DE Intensive I saw Vicki M. for the first time in 1

1/2 years. She'd lost 70 pounds and was moving good and looked very

sexy. I was proud of her. Of course I never told her that;)

Humor -- laughing at myself!

 

Previous to discovering huna, and you Doc and through you, Donna

Eden, I was a fire element in full swirl.

 

If I went into a flap or panic, I would literally feel myself levitate.

 

Not now, now I have all these other tools.

 

(hence my extensive list of grounding drills -- I use and test them

all!)
