Hi Heather,

Welcome to the group. I'd suggest total tonic. It's in the files along with a ton of other information.

Can you get a juicer and juice veggies and fruits for her?

Also, Total Nutrition (the recipe is in the files) is a complete vitamin and mineral supplement (if you could get it down her).

Hope this helps,

Ann

Hi!

I joined this list in hopes of helping my just turned 2 daughter. We've had a very rough year with recurrent bacterial pneumonias (6 x in 4 months!) RSV 2x, lots of sinus infections (the cause of the pneumonias actually) and other colds, last month it was a double ear/sinus infection and tracheal bronchitis and all the Dr's can do is treat her as it happens and even then they don't do anything till she has a 105F! Its very frustrating, she also has multiple severe food allergies, asthma, celiac and GERD (which needs to be better controlled). She's 99% breastfed at this point due to oral aversion problems (we start therapy for that tomorrow) and has some nutritional deficiencies as a result. I'm having a heck of a time finding liquid vitamins that will work for us. I just found a company that looks like it may meet our needs though so I'm addressing that issue. I want to stop this constant illness! She's had a full immune work up at the children's hosp and that came back ok except IgG3 and C3 & C4 came back low but they seem to think its not an issue (my research says otherwise) and they don't know if she produces antibodies because she's not vaccinated (with the exception of the 2 mo shots and pnuemovax) but its looking like she doesn't. There only suggestion was get a couple vaxes and come back in a year unless she lands in the hospital sick again then call immediately. There's only 1 naturopath in the county and he wants $300 just to see her then you still have to buy what ever he prescribes and that's just way out of my budget. Its hard enough keeping food on the table much less spending that much on a Dr! So I'm digging in and doing research myself in hopes of finding help for my daughter:)

Heather,

Best to warn you Total Tonic has a "sharp" taste... you might have to add some oj or something to get her to drink it as she is only 2.

Hi Heather,

I am a little slow lately so please forgive me. Here is a formula that you might try with your little girl to at least get some protein into her.

Take 1/2 cup of pearl barley and tie it loosely in a piece of muslin, to allow for expansion. Boil it slowly in about 4 pints of water. The water will turn pink.

Take 15 ounces of the barley water and add 10 ounces of homogenized milk and 3 ounces of Karo syrup. You can vary the Karo syrup to your daughters taste. Then see if you can get this down her. It is pretty good for babies and small children who won't or can't eat.

One naturopath in the county and he charges $300? What part of Hell do you

live in anyway?

Generally when someone is ill all the time, there is an environmental problem.

That's what i keep hammering away at on this list. And of course many herbs

will help with specific symptoms, as surely several other folks on this list

have already suggested.

Definitely study up on environmental situations in homes. There are many good

books on the topic. If you can, get somebody to travel there and check out

your place. There has got to be something causing this. If nothing else,

perhaps you could take some digital pictures of key areas and send them to a

consultant who could analyze them. There are lots of options. I'm sure you

will find a solution, because from what you said here it sounds like you're

the kind of person who just won't give up.

Oral aversion syndrome? If someone prescribes a drug for that, run real fast

and far!

Hi Don and Heather,

Don, you forgot to mention that the pearly barley needs to be boiled slowly for 6 1/2 hours to get the proper consistency.

The question was asked whether something in the enviornment could be the cause

of unexplained symptoms. There is one possible answer that most people likely

have never heard about. Ever hear of " Chemtrails " ? For over three years now,

there have been numerous sightings of what appear to be strange looking jet

contrails over popolated areas. These chemtrails differ in that they are made by

unidentified aircraft and also linger and spread across the sky, something

normal jet contrails can only do under rare specific atmospheric conditions.

This has been a big topic on the internet (do a web search for chemtrails and

you'll see what I mean) but our so called " free press " remains silent on this

issue and there could be reasons why. Chemtrails are believed to be for the

purpose of biological experimentation, weather modification, or other possible

reasons. MANY people, including myself, have had flu-like symptoms after seeing

these " mystery contrails " . Here are some of my personal photos..........

Dear Heather, GERD and her many illnesses may be only symptoms. The aversion you describe sounds like texture as well as taste. This is something my 6 year old has had all his young life. He too could only tolerate milk his first year and then slowly pureed foods. This may sound unrelated, but try holding her and making eye contact (very important) as much as possible every day. Just talk or sing softly, anything to keep her attention on you. If she is autistic, she may be "away" from you so to speak much of the time. It is common for autistic children to have gastrointestinal problems. Allopathic medicine is clearly hopeless in this field at this time. Keep digging for natural ways to help her whole self functioning at its best. My son owes his life many times over to natural healing. And he is able to eat more and more different foods every day, so keep your chin up, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Hello Maureen and welcome,

I was wondering as I happen to be reading about the subject very

generally how you found your spiritual teaching lay in terms of reaching

both the white man and the aborigine. Was there any cross-over? Did you

concentrate on very generic sprituality? Do you feel that this issue is

tacled very much in australia?

Forgive my ingorance if any or all of the questions seem ovious, also

sorry to bombard you as soon as welcome you. lol.

Dear Trevor - Thanks for your enquiry. When I first moved to Australia, I

had no idea about Aboriginal connection with the land at all, but became

interested through the Land Rights movement. Aboriginal people used to have

a deep connection with the land which I cannot begin to understand, as my

cultural heritage is quite different. There is a very deep connection to

the land among Aboriginal people which remains unbroken, despite forcible

removal from traditional lands and from family relationships (Stolen

Generations). I worked with an Aboriginal woman who included crystals in

her healing work and who worked with crystals with other Aboriginal people.

I know many Aboriginal people do work with crystals as they are obviously

deeply connected with the land. However, although some sharing occurs

between white and Aboriginal people, as white people have become aware of

the cultural dislocation suffered by forced removals, etc., there are many

spiritual teachings of the Aboriginal people which are sacred to each

individual culture of which there are many and which are only shared among

those with similar tribal connections. I know that personally I learned a

lot from my friend in actually observing closely the world around me instead

of living " on " it. So there was interaction between white and black people

in various forms of energy healing, more so as more white people have come

to be aware of the history of white occupation of Australia and the

difficulties and social upheaval faced by Aboriginal people and developed

the tolerance to listen to different beliefs rather than trying to impose

them as has happened throughout the history of white Australia. In effect,

people worked in different areas, depending on what they were drawn to, but

all tied together by the ancient energies of the Australian continent which

is absolutely wonderful.

I think it is also important to realise that different cultural heritages

have different approaches to spirituality and that mutual respect is needed

to move forward in love and co-operation. But in Australia there also needs

to be patience by white people about listening to different forms of

spirituality and not trying to impose ideas such as crystal healing which

have gained widespread acceptance in the recent past but which are well

known to ancient civilisations anyway. I hope this answers your question,

Trevor.

Maureen,

Than you for such a wonderful answer. It seems that there is a real

effort in both Australia and New Zealand to approach native spirituality

with tact and sensitivity. There is, I think a real wish to learn whilst

respecting what is sacred and innaproprate to 'borrow'. It gives me real

hope. However I freely admit I am ignorant of the dynamics at work in

your (ex?) continent and so I will be renting 'Rabbit Proof Fence'

imediately. lol.

Thanks again for such a full answer I'm really grateful. I think you'll

really enjoy this group although I see myself as a bit of a leech

(learning a lot more than I share) it means I get so much from the pool

of knowledge.

glad you got educated --of course not all doctors are in the drugs

ppocket

my web site

http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/seventhmoon/orion/

and some info on joint care

Information for you to evaluate , properly and share this information

with your people. Particular attention should be made to the audio on

the web sites mentioned .

we are not being told useful health information largely because of

ignorance, apathy or vested interest from certain drug companies ---

your doctor in the main is told what to prescribe by these people,

very few doctors have the time to do any research- did you know that?.

http://www.edgarcayce.org/health/database/chdata/index.html

Helpful arthritis and joint care information on prevention and

alleviation

For research purposes only I do not sell anything – for the poor old

cynics amongst you,

This information is derived from the Edgar cayce research readings and

from using it at the Edgar cayce clinics, from numerous reports from

thousands of people who have tried this and from numerous

Drs,chiropractors, osteopaths, who has been using this kind of

information with considerable success treating thousands of people

for over 50 yrs.IN fact a lot of this information was used even

ancient Egypt

The Orion project is an information sharing resource funded

privately, sells nothing and is there for the sharing of information

which is of huge value. This is totally different from being

prescribed just drugs where there are huge profits to be made often at

the expense of the patients well being.

As you can imagine a good diet is essential in maintaining good

health, emphasis was on fresh vegetables often eaten raw or grated

daily to gain the maximum amount of goodness into you and fruits whole

grains and light proteins. Needless to say ,regular exercise, massage

preferably daily, water intake 2 litres/day and a twice a year detox

should already be a part of your health protection.

Before trying this CHECK YOU DO NOT HAVE ALLERGYS TO NUTS

Peanut oil was highly recommended and many were told to almost bathe

in it,-- to be given externally, work into all the joints, the neck,

across the clavicle, the spine, over the stomach, in fact just about

every where. This is to be done once a week or more. Numerous reports

also followed over its use. One chap says that he has found it not

only lubricates but also heals and had he had this information he

would have spared much misery. Another lady says that with constant

use of the oil she can keep her wedding ring other wise her finger

enlarges. Another report from a doctor says that with his arthritic

patient, first results were an increase in vitality and elimination.

Castor oil is also used on any arthritic, rheumatic, or muscular and

joint pain as unction. Basically an infra red lamp is placed 12-18

inches from the part to be massaged. Apply the castor oil on the

painful area and let the lamp warm it and this will help the oil to

penetrate the skin, this done for about 5-10 mins. Then keep rubbing

with the fingers and hand until the oil is worked in. Keep putting

more oil on and massaging continued for 10-60 mins. Massage was also

very helpful, to be given usually after another treatment such as an

Epsom salt bath.

Epsom salt bath.

prepared by dissolving at least 5lbs in a typical bath and immersing

yourself for a period of time. The salts apparently act by drawing

out toxins. you can also immerse any local part of the body in a

smaller basin too with people who have arthritic hands or other parts

of the body.also you can form a pack,by dissolving say 1 pound of

salts in a small basin or pot and as much water necessary to saturate

a towel.apply as hot as possible over the area indicated.and keep

repeating the applications for 2-3 hrs .where possible use an infra

red lamp or other means to keep the pack hot. Temperature of the

bath water was quite high- . Where there is crippling of the joints

of the hands, pain of arthritis or inflammation of the tendons

considerable relief can be found by using an Epsom salt bath and

massage. Use a large quantity of the salts about 1 pound in the water

though, not just a spoon full. Soak the affected area for about 5 mins

and then massage the affected area under water, rotate the joints and

soak again for another 5-10 mins.

Oils used for the after Epsom salt massage were equal parts of olive

oil and peanut oil- use the oils freely and as much as the body could

absorb. Also done was Improvements to the elimination process within

the body, the most frequent methods were castor oil packs, enemas,

colonics, and eno salts. Elimination is the ability of the body to get

rid of toxins. A very important and Essential ability in helping just

about all conditions.

The research said those people, which undertook a peanut oil

massage/rub each week need never fear arthritis. Apparently cold

pressed oils are best not chemically extracted. A lady who could not

even close her hand, reported after two weeks of the salts and massage

she could then close them-amazing.

Another lady reports that soaking in Epsom salts then applying the oil

gave her the best results. Pain seems to ease immediately and use of

the effected parts returns far more rapidly than ever before. The oil

had also relieved paralysis, which some poor man had on his left side.

Another lady in her 80s reports says the oil is the only thing, which

keeps her arthritic knees.

One report which could be worth trying

I noticed someone complained of fluid around the knee.

The greatest thing for that is Rawleigh Camphor Balm.It is the neatest

thing.........what you do is pour out just

a little bit of Rawleigh Camphor Balm white liquid in your hand. Then

you rub it all around your knee and keep

rubbing and rubbing untill it gets slick..........when it gets slick

and very very moist.......its pulling the water out of

of your knee. It does not hurt........its just wonderful stuff. If you

rub it on arthritic pain..... it takes the pain away!

I have arthritis. I keep my arthritis under control with supplements

but when I have pain or water retention

I use the Rawleigh Camphor Balm.

Have a listen to the audio at this web site

http://www.worldwithoutcancer.org.uk/index.html for more info on B17

Further information on other ailments will be found at my web site

http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/seventhmoon/orion/

e mail me on pho for further information on other

ailments dealt with by cayce research which I believe total over 350

from stuttering to Parkinson's.. Do copy and share this information

Hello. I'm jasmine. I practicing developing my psychic skills and

healing through visualization of colors.

I'm not sure if I belong here. I noticed that some of the conversations

seem a bit advanced and people are signing as PhD's etc. I'm just a

self-practicing / self-teaching individual. I am looking for a group to

discuss what I'm practicing but I'm very much a beginner, tho I've been

practicing on and off for the past 15 years.

Please let me know. Thank you. ~jazz

Jasmine,

If you are putting in effort over so many years you are certainly in the

right place. Even though some here do have PhD's, there are also many of

us who don't.

Welcome aboard and do look over back posts. There's gold in them thar

hills. Take a look and find what interests you.
