About colors:

Donna Eden in Energy Medecine says " [...] So while there is some

basis for the correspondences between the chakras and their

associated colors - from red at the root to violet at the crown - the

vibrational relationships of the chakras and their colors are far

more complex. "

I personally do visualisations of the chakras using the " standard "

colors and find that satisfactory. I also sometimes visualise white

light on the principle that the energy system will take what it needs

and find that also satisfactory.

My girlfriend and I sometimes disagree about colors, whether

something is green or blue...

I think each individual has his/her own personal " energy color

chart " , both in emission and reception (Donna Eden says also " We see

the colors of another's chakras through our own filters. " ).

....so, altogether, I don't pay that much attention to colors but

rather to intensity, contrast, brightness, etc. though I keep in mind

that some colors will be more meaningful to some people than others.

specific INTENTION.

I sense that my energy is connecting, in a pure way, (sort of

egoless) to the field -- to that place beyond space and time.....

 

I feel like I'm lined up and connected to (resonating with, vibrating

to) higher energies.

 

Love that Darth Radar breath that you taught a few years ago. I watch

that dvd regularly.

Hi Doc,

 

The path of energy that Donna described in the advanced class, is the

same way that Edgar Cayce described the path and the arrangement of

the chakras in the body, i.e. the crown chakra is not the 7th chakra.

 

Yes, was nice to have the verification from her. I've always wondered

if she saw the staff of life.

I wish Leadbeater had said it that way when he said a person's astral body and

their habits of thought and emotion affect what the person is able to see

clairvoyantly. Because if he had added that to it, it would have made more

sense. He talked more about " vibrations " . But if hakalau is a way to bypass

the emotions, then what else in the energy field that might be activated affects

the way a person perceives color? Current segment intending, the person's own

health, etc.?

LOL... haha yeah, ok, so I was doing a version of Darth Vader drill at the

time. Nice.

 

So what do you mean by hard breath and soft breath? The use of the sounds with

the breathing drill?

Does that INTENTIONG then affect the color of the energies flowing in the path?

 

Also, in addition, I noticed the energies going UP the spine, and like I said,

it was kind of like a spiral... I wondered after the fact if it was something

similar to what is in the book on breathing you recommended a few years ago.

Not by Swami Rama, but the other one you recommended. I don't recall the name

of it. Not Crookall's book either. Some Indian sounding name.

 

Anyway, it talks about the energies spiraling up EITHER SIDE OF THE SPINE. So I

wondered after the fact if that's what I saw? (That book says the one activated

depends on which (or both) of the nostrils is being used for breathing, and I

don't know about that, it's just something that came to mind after I saw what I

saw.)

 

Also, is the path back down the spine the EXACT SAME PATH? (I'm referencing

here the Vader breath drill you taught us, along with the Cayce Staff Of Life

model you added to it. In Edgar Cayce On The Revelation, it talks about the

energies going UP the staff, to the third eye, and then back down as the higher

centers add their energy to influencing of the lower centers also.)

 

I do also notice a difference in FEELING (although I don't know how to put it

yet) in doing the drill where the energies go OUT the Third eye and then I don't

intend to bring them back down the spine again vs. when I DO have them go out

the Third eye, then back in and down the spine on the exhale.

 

More information on this would be greatly appreciated.

The process of the energies is important? If so, see my above note on how I

notice the difference in a FEELING based on which way I do that drill.

 

Or do you mean that it is important that Donna confirmed to you what you been

teaching for over a decade?

 

There's stuff I believe is true, and it's nice to have someone else CONFIRM it,

someone who is an expert on that topic.

 

Then there are things I KNOW, and if nobody else agrees, oh well... But it is

nice to have someone else who is an expert CONFIRM what I already KNOW, because

there's a type of feeling associated with that also, although I would stilL KNOW

for myself, whether anyone external to me confirmed it or not.

 

Anyway, the third eye is sort of " neutral " like " neither hot nor cold, " and it

will do whatever you set your intention to. The energies get filtered and

focused based on the intention. So adding the other energies of the other

chakrs, glands, etc to the third eye and hooking them all up together increases

the efficiency and strength of results.

 

What were you refering to when you said " The above is VERY IMPORTANT. " ?

I think the author was Johari (sp?). The book is currently not on my bookshelf

which means I took it down to study it awhile back and put it somewhere where

I'd be sure to know where it is while I was working on that project.

 

In other words, I don't know where the hell it is right now.

 

It has like a picture of a " buddha " on the front. The one I have is a thin

paperback book. Maybe bluish purple and yellow on the cover. It's the book

that goes over nostril breathing.

 

I'm going to be annoyed until I find it.

Well, geez... ONE MORE book on the way! WOO HOO HOO!!!

 

Can't wait 'till it gets here!

 

The one I was thinking about was on consciousness of breath or breath mind and

consciousness or something like that.

 

Still haven't found it.

 

It did occur to me that someone might ask me why I don't just get my pendulum

out and locate it... But when I put it there as a " project " I end up finding

OTHER stuff related to the project I wouldn't have found if I had gone straight

to the book.

 

For instance, I found some other " lost " books I needed to look at while tearing

things apart looking for the other one.

 

Anyway, THANKS BUNCHES for the book title! I got it real cheap, and I'm just

waiting for them to confirm shipping on it.

 

I'll be sure to mentally thank you again while I study those excellent

illustrations!

I have that book. That was one of the early books that I bought about

energy stuff...

 

Then I noticed that Harish Johari only lived to his early 60s.

 

If memory serves me correctly there was a theory that if the energy

flow between the solar plexus chakra and the upper chakras is cut off

then a person has extremely long life.

 

So I guess it didn't work for Harish Johari.

 

My other criticism of the book was that I got the impression it was

written from a more religious rather than a health perspective. That

means no observational criteria for evaluation by observing the

health of the practitioner, but rather, judging success by the level

to which an untested authority is followed

 

For my money, I'd pay more attention to Donna Eden's intuition,

clarified by David Feinstein's clarity.
