The above 'closing in' feelings that you are callin a phobia are very

easy to aleve by just going into Hakalau.

 

Hakalau is a simple way of changing your visual focus from narrow and

short to wide and long.

 

Those negative feelings will immediately disappear.

 

Do a search on this group for that process.

 

Incorrect focus will give anyone something that resembles a phobia but

IS NOT a phobia.

 

Instantly fixed by proper eye focus.
