1. Hair brush tapping is very good.

2. Normalize TW is necessary.

3. Then go into a relaxed alpha brain wave helps.

4. Stretch the muscle, that relaxes it.

5. A massage with DMSO relieves it instantly.

6. A massage with peanut oil takes a minute or two.
