Weave the aura outward to make more space >and weave it tighter to firm up a new pattern. I don't get this. I do know that the aura has 'locations' where certain thought-forms with their emotional content seems to be housed. So a thought-form of a 'bad decision' could be housed in a certain location, at a certain distance, with other specific sub-modalities in the VAKOG (external and internal) that give it the meaning it has. I do know that other locations house other types of thought-forms, i.e., a thought-form where good decisions are stored. And by talking a 'new decision' and comparing the location with the previous two decisions, you know in advance whether the new decision is going to be good or bad. And because you know this because of the storage locations in the aura, you can take the new decision and place it in the location of the GOOD decision and the new decision will then adapt itself to be a good decision. Or you can take the feelings of a past good decision, notice how the energy spins into your body... ....and then take the new decision, and spin the energy into your body the same way the energy from the older 'good' decision spins into your body... ....then it too becomes a good decision. A sort of simple definition of what actually goes on. I'm curious to if this is what Donna was referencing? I've also put this question up on the Elite Mind Member's site and will be giving much more over there. John M. La Tourrette, PhD

Tightening the weave after doing an exercise to establish a new habit along with thing like the hookup will help stabilize / strengthen the new habit. Many blessings, MichelleH -- I don't get this.
