I still remember biofeedback (Dr. Elmer Green, Menninger Institute,

Topeka KS) where the trainers had you learn how to cause your hands

to warm up. When the hands warmed up the headache, migraine went away.

I'm pretty sure they are both different methods of moving the same

energy.

One through the mind and the abilities to assoicate kinesthetically

into your visualization...

....and the other to put balls on the spine and you are associated

automatically into the kinesthetics without needing to think and

associate kinesthetically.

Now my question is, what is the root of the migraine, and is it

necessary to know it to fix the root cause?

I believe it is necessary to fix the root cause.

Group, what do you think?

Do you know what it is normally?

My recall from the last intensive is that the normal causes are either

* stress

Or

* poor elimination.

I know a couple of students who to get migraines.

One had them worst he had exams or a major assignments. He changed his major

a couple of months ago and I'm waiting to see if the migraines get any less

frequent.

So far, so good.

Doc,

I remember you showed me several drills during a one-on-one session to

calm the neurovasculars that have really worked with migraines. Unless

you're referring to something else, I didn't need to know the root cause

to do the drills.

I wonder if you shared the root cause of migraines with me or not. I

don't recall so I believe we didn't discuss it. It would probably be the

same, and fixing the cause produces relief.

Michael G.

P.S. Doing the EM drills have kept my body in shape during and after the

heavy lifting of moving from one office building to another. I visited a

chiropractor who uses Applied Kinesiology and required no adjustments

this week, two days after finishing the heavy work.
