Linda,

They are called " the circuits of joy " and were originally written up

in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine some 4,500 years

ago.

Many people have lost their childhood capacity to feel joy...and with

that loss they've also lost other very beneficial spiritual and

health connections.

All can be regained. There are processes that need to be learned,

done and then mastered.

To me you are focusing on them instead of on your own energies to get

yourself in the proper state so that your energies affect them very

positively.

And you being in the proper state of 'joy' cannot be judgemental or

detached.

So if you get yourself in a joyous state first, and then amp that joy

using certain energy tactics...

....then focus that joy on them you are blessing them.

My point being is there are better emotions and not-so-good states to

bless from. So it's important to be able to know and use consciously

when you wish.

You mentioned Ponder, and though I'm sure some love her, she bores

me. Her processes are very fluffy and non-specific so even though

I've read all her books I ignore what she says. No processes.

We are on the same page here.

My point still is, what is giving? How to access it? How to amp it?

how to channel it at will towards someone else?

there is NO malady or illness that you can

not reshape into the actualization of abundant perfection.

MichelI love this, it can apply to even the process of self-love. You need to WANT to change and have those things, like self-love. But this means making the proactive choice to decidedly change. And that has its challenges.--- On Mon, 10/6/08, docspeed2001 <docspeed2001 wrote:docspeed2001 <docspeed2001 To bless takes more than saying something Date: Monday, October 6, 2008, 10:43 PM
