I automatically use the gamute as a part of the complete sandwich unless I notice that whatever it was is gone. What I find really stops 'stuck' from occuring EVER is the use of the forehead and back-of-head neurovasculars all the way through the complete procedure of the Feinstein/Eden sandwich. Without the holding of the neurovasculars I'm found there is always (always???) a remaining SUDS... But it can (most of time, if it's a 3 or under) be blown out with the Energy Blow Out. > Yes it is.
