Guest guest
Hello Healers and Healees, Don't like those painful shin splints so I don't to them. They are one of those conditions not included in my G-Jo acupressure handbook. My thoughts on running have changed to exclude developing tears in that vulnerable area. There are over fifteen lines of subject categories listed for this group. May I add another ? Kangoo For seven years I have run on the above named Swiss engineered leaf spring boot originally designed for rehabilitation. For me the key is impact reduction, and Kangoo allows this old(er) skeletal structure to continue running much past what I would without them and I smile while running. There is a certain, hard to duplicate, rush one can attain from running and my experience is it is readily available from gliding along with spring assisted elongated strides. They are very popular in Europe judging by pictures I've seen of roomfuls of boots awaiting class sessions, not so much in America. Gotta go now, if you would like to know more, ask or do a little search, Feeling much better now, thanks, Frederick
