Hello,

My Morse code brain sputtered out a couple of more tidbits for your

brief consideration. Looking back, acupressure (specifically G-Jo) was

my crude, rude introduction to energetic healing, and while the

learning evolutionary process now allows for lighter (and often

no-touch) techniques, there are still mainstay pressure point examples

I deem worthy of share.

Recently I mentioned using ski boots outfitted with springs on which

to run without getting shin splints or traumatizing the joints. The

other reason Kangoo fills the bill for me is that I have had great toe

gout for more than twenty five years. You may know you cannot walk

without your big toes, hence when a gouty attack arrives, the horrible

stabbing pains there can be life limiting. When I first had occasion

to use accupoints for this acute arthritis I did not believe anything

could relieve the condition let alone a couple of points.

Well they did, and they do to this day. Yes, I attend loosely to the

dietary criteria but when a flair-up occurs anyway, it is G-Jo to the

rescue. Knock on wood, for these many years, no Allopurinol or special

anything. Long time for one remedy to work, eh ?? The toes are always

sort of stiff and Kangoo allows me to run without looking like a

wounded giraffe.
